Hamilton Mountain

One year average prices for Hamilton Mountain - Nov 2011 Real estate on Hamilton Mountain continued to appreciate in value through November with a five percent increase in average price over the same month last year. The average sale price of homes on the Mountain was $259,961. Sales volume also continues at a decent pace, with a 6% increase over last year.

All districts on Hamilton Mountain saw prices increase over the same period last year. The largest difference in average price was in the South-East district with a 21% spike, and the smallest gain was in the South-Central area with a 3% increase.

The most active districts were the South-West and North-Central, while the biggest gain in acivity was seen in the North-West where sales were 29% higher than last year.

As seen in the graph included above, prices for the Mountain as a whole continue on an upward trend over the last 12 months. This is good news for area homeowners who can reasonably expect their homes to continue to appreciate, at least in the short term.
