Marie founded Jag Realty Inc., so that she could set the tone and direction for a company that placed a higher value on relationships than it did on sales volume, market percentage, and profit.

Jag's current owner and Broker of Record is Ed Alexander, a long-time real estate professional and member of Jag Realty. For years, Ed has been a driving force in Jag, taking responsibility for the company's professional standards, and acting as a mentor for new agents.

Ed continues to run Jag with the philosophy that client relationships and individual agent success is more important than corporate sales goals, which is quite different from the management philosophy of some big name companies.
