3) Full Service: While seeking creative ways to promote your property, I make sure not to neglect some of the valuable traditional marketing methods. And I don’t break the service down into a smorgasbord and force you to choose. If it works, you can be sure I’ll be doing it for your property.

4) Client-centered Service: Your satisfaction as the client is very important to me and you will remain in the drivers’ seat at all times. I will always provide my honest advice, but you will make the important decisions. Further, if you ever feel less than 100% satisfied, we’ll cancel the listing as per the standard OREA listing cancellation form – I won’t tie you up until the end of the contract.
