Our neighbourhoods drastically affect our life style, and we can dramatically affect our neighbourhoods by getting involved. When you move into your new home, inquire as to whether there is a Neighbourhood Watch or Neighbourhood Action Committee in place. If there isn't, maybe there should be...?

In June 2001, I graduated with honours from the Electronics Engineering Technician Program at Mohawk College. After searching for a job for a short period of time, I became disinterested in the options available in the weak electronics industry of the day, and began exploring other career possibilites. I finally landed firmly in real estate.
